TNews, PESISIR SELATAN –<\/strong> Pemerintah Kabupaten Pesisir Selatan melaksanakan upacara peringatan Hari Kebangkitan Nasional ke-116 Tahun 2024 di Halaman Kantor Bupati Pesisir Selatan, Senin (20\/05).<\/p>\n

Sebagai Inspektur Upacara adalah Bupati Pesisir Selatan, Rusma Yul Anwar Hadir dalam peringatan Hari Kebangkitan Nasional, anggota Forkopimda Kabupaten Pesisir Selatan, sekretaris daerah, asisten sekda, dan staf ahli, pimpinan OPD, kepala bagian lingkungan Pemerintah Kabupaten Pesisir Selatan dan Pimpinan Cabang Bank Nagari Painan.<\/p>\n

Dalam sambutannya, Bupati Rusma Yul Anwar membacakan Amanat Menteri Komunikasi dan Informatika RI, Budi Arie Setiadi mengatakan bahwa lebih dari seabad lalu, tepatnya pada 20 Mei 1908 lahir organisasi Boedi Oetomo yang di masa itu telah menumbuhkan bibit bagi cita-cita mewujudkan kemerdekaan Indonesia. Hari berdirinya Boedi Utomo inilah yang kelak menjadi simbol dari Hari Kebangkitan Nasional yang kita rayakan hari ini.<\/p>\n

“Boedi Utomo menjadi awal mula tempat orang belajar dan berdebat tentang banyak hal seperti pentingnya pendidikan barat bagi rakyat hindia belanda serta penyebaran pendidikan bagi seluruh lapisan masyarakat tanpa memandang priyai atau bukan. Dari sana timbul pula pemikiran tentang pentingnya memperluas keanggotaan yang mencakup seluruh rakyat Hindia Belanda,” katanya.<\/p>\n

Ia juga menambahkan, sebelum Boedi Utomo adalah Kartini. Perempuan dari kota kecil jepara yang mengawali lahirnya gagasan kemerdekaan, kebebasan, kesetaraan, keadilan, persaudaraan dan kemajuan melalui tulisan-tulisannya yang tersiar ke penjuru dunia.<\/p>\n

“Apa yang digagas Boedi Utomo, Kartini dan para embrio bangsa kemudian dirumuskan Bung Karno sebagai ‘Jembatan Emas’. Kemerdekaan dibayangkan Bung Karno sebagai sebuah ‘Jembatan Emas’ yang akan membawa bangsa Indonesia menikmati kehidupan sejahtera lahir dan batin di atas tanah sendiri,” ujar Bupati RA.<\/p>\n

Hari ini kita berada pada fase kebangkitan kedua, kini kita menghadapi beragam tantangan dan peluang baru. Kemajuan teknologi menjadi petanda zaman baru, kemajuan teknologi telah menghampiri kehidupan kita sehari-hari dan menjadi bagian dari peradaban kita hari ini, inovasi-inovasi teknologi telah mendorong perubahan kehidupan manusia secara revolusioner.<\/p>\n

\u201cTidak mungkin lagi bagi kita untuk berjalan lamban, karena kita berkejaran dengan waktu,\u201d ucapnya.<\/p>\n

Di titik inilah, seluruh potensi sumber daya alam kita, bonus demografi kita, potensi transformasi digital kita, menjadi modal dasar menuju indonesia emas 2045.<\/p>\n

Bonus demografi yang dimiliki indonesia haruslah dikelola dengan kebijaksanaan, salah satu yang berpeluang menjadi penopangnya adalah adopsi teknologi digital.<\/p>\n

“Tingkat penetrasi internet di Indonesia telah mencapai 79,5% dari total populasi. Ini diperkuat dengan potensi ekonomi digital ASEAN yang diperkirakan meroket hingga 1 triliun USD pada tahun 2030,” tutupnya.*<\/p>\n
